Pixelation ABC-E Only Ch86

I am experiencing pixelation on ch86 ABCe. I live in TN with no OTA HD so I was granted access to ABC HD out of NY ch86.

I Haven't see pixelation on any other HD channels ( mainly watch networs, sports and big ten netwok). The picture otherwise is excellent. I'm not sure which transponder is being used but, in general, overall signal strength is above 80.

I have an hr20-700 and a Tevo HR10-250 HD DVR. I've recorded ABC on both HD DVRs and a SD DVR. The pixelation is identical on both HD DVRs when it occures, none on SD DVR. It lastes for only a few seconds. Dish has a clear view of the sky.

DirectTV replaced a multi switch but it didn't fix the problem.

Any suggestions for fixing or trouble shooting the problem?

If it is ONLY that channel it likely is the originating source and DirecTV is simply passing it along IMHO.

I would think there would be more form activity if it was a source problem. ABC has a lot of popular programing, and the NY city station a lot of viewers.
