chatted with sxm on turkey day telling em i wanted to cancel. trying to cancel is like trying to get blood from a turnip!!! i renewed on the platinum package for 132.97 for a year!!! i got the bill in the mail the very next day!!!

I managed to renew my Platnium package with Traffic (I've always kept the traffic) with fees and taxes for $144.

I did that ONLINE on thier Chat, MUCH better than trying to understand someone not speaking English as thier first language ...

It still took awhile to come to an agreement, but it better than calling.

Also, If your just trying to lower your bill and really Not wanting to Cancel your sub, WHY would you guys go thru with the hassle of Canceling and then waiting for an offer in the mail and then the hassle of trying to get that plan ?
