POS SA DVRs (for 8000HD & 8300HD boxes)

Just FYI,

We did a time change Saturday, and all of the scheduled recording for any SA box will be off by 1 hour.

For example, if you have a recording for the Simpsons every Sunday at 8pm. It will now be every sunday at 9pm.

You need to delete all scheduled recordings and go back and add them in.

The Comcast CSR was clueless, and had no idea of what was going on.

That must just suck. At least my Moto boxes with Comcast handled this change fine.
 
I have 2 8300HDs on Knology and had no such trouble. All my scheduled programs Sun & Mon went off okay. I did have to reboot the boxes Sunday as my guide data was blank, but 3 minutes after the reboot, it was fully loaded.

I DID NOT have to wipe my schedule and re-enter.
 
I love those Comtastic ads. Everytime someone asks why Comcast does something stupid, you can just answer... IT's COMTASTIC!!! :)
