Qam turner for Slingbox

Very confused ON Comcast future and analog channels.

I am about to set a slingbox in NJ for comcast channel only since they don't have it on satellite and I am no longer waiting

My ? before either spend $65 or $300 will they switch to all digital soon.

And is there a cheap qam turner with composite/component outputs out there
I cant seem to find one.

Any suggestions I can't seem to find any answer on slingcummitly forum

Does anybody know if comcast sportsnet is broadcasting in digital on a qam turner if so what is the channel like 34-1?
