Not a recipe but meal prep, 80/20 HB was $2.97 a lb with digital coupon at Albertsons.
Picked up 2 - 4.5 lb family packs (limit 2) and a pork butt for 97 cents a lb this morning. (will make sausage out of the pork butt)
Cooked 1 pack, put 3 sealed bags in freezer and 1 in the fridge, next up freezing and vacuum sealing the other pack of HB.
It's nice to thaw out already cooked and seasoned meat to add to whatever.

At 97 cents maybe you might go with pulled pork? Without a smoker, you could sous vide it.

Porked out right now ;) need to package seasoned and ground sausage. I use parchment paper and vacuum seal bags making regular patties and larger ones, had link adapter beside grinder but stuck with the former...

Started off with 2 yellow potatoes sliced 1/2" then diced about the same in the crock pot with a hand full of fresh diced green bell pepper.
Added 1 bun length beef frank, coined then halved, topped with about a half pound of cooked hamburger meat.
Splashed less than a half cup of beef broth on top.
2 hours later stirred and seasoned* then a half hour later added about 1/2" worth of Velveta cubed, stirred, then topped with 1/2" Velveta cubed and a little grated sharp cheddar cheese.
Turned off and let cheese melt, mighty tasty, next time will saute some green chiles to add to and maybe a little bacon.
* 1/3 jar of Herdez guacamole medium salsa
Sprinkled with a mix of beef, chicken and tomato bouillon and a little garlic and onion powder all from the same shaker.

Whats for breakfast?
