R Ratara Active SatelliteGuys Member Jan 29, 2007 19 0 Feb 17, 2007 #6 Sorry, the only DIRECTV DVR's that had PiP internally were the old "Ultimate TV" receivers. (DIRECTV's first DVR). None of the newer DVR's have this feature. DIRECTV's response to PiP is to get 2 receivers.
