Go get another one now. I have had a V9m since the day they were available and mine has been rock soild, and I treat mine very roughly. They should take care of you with the warranty, if they don't, just have them add the protection plan and then claim the phone that way, pay the 50 bucks, and get a new phone. That is unless your negotiation skills are better than mine, talk just right and they may swap you out. CSR roulette, so to speak.
