Remaining two Syracuse HD Locals

Any news on when the remaining two Syracuse, NY HD locals (ABC and CBS) will be made available? They have been uplinked for several weeks, but are not yet available.

Does anyone have any info if this is a technical issue or if a contract is still being negotiated?

I would actually like to see My Network 43 so I can get my Simpsons and Family Guy nightly in HD...but I'l take ABC and CBS...

I know this article is from a couple of months ago and I am not certain whether there are episodes in 4:3 HD, but Simpsons has always aired SD.

Both Simpsons and Family Guy are done in sd. I don't see much difference except for the black side bars.
