Replacement HR-20

I am actually a very happy Directv employee. I just know and I had to take over calls for my fellow agents (* this my night job) that we have seen people get mad over not getting the latest and greatest and sent back the replacement receiver with out us creating a ticket for it so it comes back and often to the wrong place. Then the charges for non activation and not receiving the broken receiver come on to the bill and it leaves one very unhappy dtv customer.

Hey look I just trying to be truthful with you, you dont like the truth I am sorry.
