About a week ago my DirecTV DVR receiver with one coax connection from my DirecTV dish started indicating that it was searching for signal. My local channels would suddenly not be available while other channels would be available and when I try restarting the receiver it hangs up on Searching for Satellite Signal.

I'm confused as to why this is happening because two other coax connections from the dish are connected to a DirecTV with Tivo box (Hughes) and there are no obvious signal problems with the signals coming into that box.

I've cleared any potential obstructions near the dish.

Anyone else have a problem like this? I switched the receiver out with a known good one...It's not the receiver.

Thanks in advance for any help you can lend.
