Sattellite signal Strength alignment Help

I have been loosing my dish signal strength and last week lost all my HD channels, satellite 101 dropped to 70% from 95%
Today I went to align my dis and discovered that the Facia board the dis is on had come loose and the Dish support was not straight. I beefed up the facia and when doing so my dish mete went back to 95%. I am having trouble getting my local channels in Zip 44060. I guess I need to align some of the other satellites. Before doing so I have the following percentages:
101 95%
119 79-80%
99 ca 79%
99 cb 77-78%
99 s Not Acquired
103 s Not Acquired
103 ca 85%
103 cb 83%

Some of the adjustments are sealed from adjusting. What position do I need to adjust to increase the percentages for the lower readings above?

I am technology challenged so please be as detailed as possible.

Try having someone watch the signal strength meter screen while you GENTLY push on the dish in every direction. Only move it a little bit. That will show you which way the dish needs to be adjusted. Remember that it takes a few seconds for changes in signal strength to register on the screen. Check youtube for instructions on how to dither a Directv dish.
