Thanks. But a one sentence article?
???

Is this what you are looking for:

"
The Supreme Court has ruled that California customers cannot band together to file a class-action lawsuit against satellite television provider DirecTV over early termination fees.

The justices ruled 6-3 Monday that DirecTV's contracts bar customers from filing class actions and that the El Segundo-based company can insist on individual arbitration to resolve disputes."

Speaking of ...

Has anyone heard if the ATT purchase will CHANGE the 24 month commitment or anything else in that area of info ?

I understand they are not going to let people OUT of thier contract just because of the merger .... which most figured would be the case, except those wanting to get out somehow.

I haven't heard anything about changing the commitment on our end however they typically don't tell us anything new until after it's implemented. :what
