Simple remote control for elderly

Does anyone know if the Sony RM-EZ4 Universal Remote Control will work with TWC Motorolla cable box? This is a very simple remote control that would be easy for an elderly relative to use but I don't know if it will work with TWC. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
