Sirius has bad customer service

I called 6 months ago to cancel my service. At that time, I was under the impression that I had stopped the service. That was until I got an overdue notice this week. I called to ask if this was a mistake. I was told that a customer rep put my account on a 6 month hold and that charges have resumed.

I asked if they would waive the charges and their reply was that if i did not pay immediately that it would be turned over to a collections agency OR they could send me a new radio with 2 months free service.

These people are ridiculous and shameful. I asked them to pull the tapes on my call 6 months ago and the floor supervisor told me he would not do it. He also refused to tell me who to talk to for resolution. He just kept making rude comments about why I wouldn't pay.

Anyway, I will never deal with these idiots again.
