What is the best way to measure signal strength on a Sirius satellite installation?

Sirius Radios have a signal strength meter.

My OEM radio in the car doesn't, but the after market ones do (like the Sportster 4 in my Wife's van).

Check the menu options. (or TFM (The Fine Manual)).
