still no 99 or 103 sat

was just wondering if I have a at-9 and the h20 if I should get signal off the 99 and the 103??? I have transponders just no signal.. I am in sw. oklahoma every great once and a while I get about 10-15 signal on 103 with transponder 24 other than that nada....I get about high 90-100 on the other sat so I am just wondering???and waiting....and hopeing for OKC in HD before christmas!!!!

I don't think you are close enough to any of the spot beams to pick up much of a signal.
