Sunday Ticket & Directivo Question

I have Sunday Ticket and I also have a Directivo R10..

I want to schedule a game to record but when I select the game it says "Cost information not available, please try again later." It does

How do I record that channel? Do I have to set up a manual record for that channel and time?

I am going to order Superfan but haven't yet.

I also tells me in the info to call the 1800 number to order but channel 215 says I am authorized..

I am really worried cause I won't be here tomorrow to watch and won't be here to mess with the tivo.
