Does DirecTV have limits on the number of events or timers for DVR recordings. Does it vary by model?

I think its 50, its been reported before, I've never had anywhere near that many things set to record, so I can't say for sure.

Hasn't it been posted that the HR34 and HR44 have a limit of 100 series links?
The HR2x models are limited to 50.

correct. Dont know the limit of one event timers..never maxed that out

I remember it being discussed as in us hoping for, but don't remember anything officially posted saying that it was 100 for the Genies.

You'd think it would be in the Manual for the Genie to let subs know.
