Now that I have the new box connected and activated you are correct the Whole Home does work., But I noticed that It does not have the new 1104 update on It.

1104 is in the data stream right now. If you do a reboot and enter 0 2 4 6 8 as soon as the Genie comes back on it will down load it.

Generally, Yes ...
We don't know that an Installer was necessarily sent out, it's entirely possible that they sent the recvr in the mail.

The latest NR would be 1104.
If thewre was no installer, the receiver should automatically update to 1104 in the next 24 hours or so.
