Hello, I seem to be having a problem with this controller, it seems that it will not come on, I have changed the fuse many times, have checked the fuse with a meter and still nothi

A few things to check. Make sure the voltage input selection is 115v not 230v. Make sure the "Lockout" button on the front panel is not engaged if using the front panel buttons and make sure the remote batteries are installed correctly if using the remote. And of course the power switch itself
