Nice catch Babadem; that's a very strong tp...coming in here at 72% while the old Luken tp was bubkis. Nice to get TNN again.
8 am and the signal is still slamming here in northeast pa.
i dont have 87 in the center lnb slot and it still comes in great. hope it stays also.

After a long drought of not getting RTV on c-band i scanned it on 4000 with my solomend with a good sig Q of 72. Looks like ill stick with my solomend for awhile since my AZbox ultra wont pick it up.

Well, something must be horribly wrong, so we can only hope they fix it soon so we can all go back to the lousy signals on 87.... lol..k, J/K
sometimes i wonder if theres something wrong with that satellite at 87w! had a strong sig with rtv at 4000 and now its very crappy.Dosnt seem to be just rtv because other tps like the weathernation which was a good sig earlier is now pretty poor.87w signals have been playing hide and seek with me for years now.
I am getting it, but not enough to watch it.. Signal quality keeps bouncing from 10% to 80% up and down... up and down.
same problem here scott also,but for a few hours earlier today i was getting a very steady 73% Q on my solomend. I went back to it later and found the sig bouncing all over the place without a lock.
Verry wierd!!! Just went back to check and all the TPs including RTV at 4000 locking in with a strong steady sig.I still think somethings flakey with that satellite

Yea! i know all about that poof
.Its on here still!but sig bouncing from 40 to 70.I found out that when i first go to that tp i will read no signal and if i leave it there for a min or two it would lock in and stay.Dont know if that makes much cents but it seems to work for me.
I got my 7.5' mesh up and running last night and 87w was booming on 4000 H 29125 with RTV programs. I could not get the 3920 H mux for some reason. Also, with the c-band LNB I was getting 11900 H 29125 with the RTV mux, not sure how or why that could happen. After about 2 hours it all went away. No joy. Still can't lock on to 3920 H.
C-band LNBs cannot receive KU-band frequencies. You simply made a mistake and selected the wrong LO frequency before blindscanning.
5150 - 4000 = 1150 IF
11900 - 10750 = 1150 IF
