TRX-2000 Analog Receiver Backlight burned out!

My super expensive Toshiba TRX-2000 had the backlight burn out this evening. The reciever originally cost me a whopping 30$ on ebay. Now I have to decide whether I look for another receiver or try and repair it. Mostly it's an issue of not wanting to reprogram all my actuator positions into another receiver. The receiver still works fine otherwise.

Any advice from people who've been down this road before?

I would take it apart carefully, figure out what type of bulb or LED it has and just replace it if it looks do-able.

Please let me know what you find out on yours, I'm sure my TRX-1820 is going to need these replaced one of these days.
