twinhan 1020a & dvb dream issue

amd +4600 , 2 gb ram, g-force 8600 , XP service pack 2. I`m having the problem of recieving channels . I`m good for about 2 min then ch freezes for quite sometime . I have the latest version of dream . The codecs show good , i`m using nividea drivers , no errors showing . I`ve followed all the set up instuctions pertaining to emunation & plugins , using 2008 C++ . I`ve re-installed everything many times and end up with the same results . No problems with viewing free channels , just the others . I even let the keys roll for over an hr . Still 2 min of viewing then freezes . Anybody have any ideas of what i might be missing or what might be causing this ? I would appreciate any help .
