ViP622 HDMI Reset?

My ViP622 HDMI port suddenly died after nearly two years without even a single problem. The HDMI test function is less than satisfactory, since there is no longer an available "HDMI reset" menu item. Is there any available reset other than a reboot (which has been tried without success)? The HDMI cable hadn't been moved for months prior to the failure, and changing the cable doesn't solve the problem. 6.13 software, and a Samsung 52" LCD televison. Thanks!

Does the HDMI jack on your 622 have a screw just above the jack?

If you apply pressure to the HDMI plug in your receiver so that it presses the jack down onto the system board it is attached to, does your signal come back?
