Each of the past two Sundays I've gotten through to VOOM in under 90 seconds.

I finally got through after weeks of trying each night (I dont have time to sit there and keep redialing after it says to leave message), and they dont call back when you press 1 to leave the message. But I finally got through after about 7 minutes on hold Saturday and got a very rude person "Anthony". The tone over at Voom has really drastically changed for the worse. I explained my issues and he denied he ever heard of any of the issues I was having. Finally I did get them to credit me for the issues. So if it's their dime, Ill wait to see what happens.
