I was at an old office building with a BUD, there was a ribbon cable with: 2 sat wires, actuator, and pol servo. Scaned both wires (i assumed one was Ku and one C)

When on the roof there was a feedhorn with what looked like three lnbs, I might be wrong, (maybe i can get a pic). Actulay i think it was just a k/C dual.

ONE GAVE = Nothing

ONE GAVE THIS =
1 A&E HD
2 THC HD
$3 Lifetime East
$4 Lifetime West
$5 Lifetime Real Women
$6 Lifetime East DL Tes

SR: 29.270
DFreq: 11739 and 11778

This is an old, maybe 10 footer mesh, on the top of a roof (3 stories). Maybe ill try the auctuator later.

Maybe i got a new project.

Galaxy5/Galaxy14 is the satellite you scanned. The TP's were 4120 (Lifetime mux) and 4160 for the 2 HD channels.

Edit: After reading your post again, maybe not, I didn't notice your frequencies at 1st. They are ku frequencies. But, I know they are on C-band and on G5/G14.

okay that wire must be the c-band one. Wonder why it can scan in as ku.
Now i know where i am in the sky, thanks

if you have KU on that BUD, move 2 degrees east to G10 (G0, X0 whatever the C-Banders call it. Its at 123) and you might get the Equity stuff
