Yeap that picada meat is shreadded alright. Best thing is that you can have all 3 meals using that meat too. Be creative and have a nice lunch today. Don't forget the tortillas from Walmart huh

I have those That Carne Picada is excellent to make fajitas with using diced Bell Peppers, Onions, Green Chiles etc...

I just watched the opening to Saturday Night Fever last night

Pinto Beans, been in the slow cooker since 9 last night along with 2 Earl Cambell Hotlinks, 1 Ball Park Beef Frank & 2 strips of Bacon... (will eat a bowl when I get back from my walk) will continue to cook till lunch time then will cook some Carne Picada and green chiles to mix with for work burritos...
