Gonna have breakfast for dinner this evening. Eggs (scrambled for the wife, up easy for me), thick sliced bacon, hash brown potatoes, multigrain toast..... Mmmmm, can't wait!

2 eggs,1 medium sized potato, about a 1/4 of buttermilk pancake mix... with a glass of 2% milk...

I just took my walk and was thinking that the next stab at the potato pancakes will lose 1 egg, the pancake mix and will add diced green chiles...

Cooked a chuck roast overnight in the mini crock pot with mushrooms, garlic, onions and beef broth, peeled and grated a couple of potatos and cooked in a lightly oil skillet and mixed... (was going to make Burritos for work, but only had 2 tortillas )

2 strips Turkey Bacon, 2 Maple Sausage links, 2 Cackleberry's over easy with a glass of 2%...

Two nine minute cackleberries, whole wheat toast and coffee. Dfergie, I hadn't heard the word cackleberry since I was a kid.
