Whats for breakfast?

Microwave omelette -
In a greased cereal bowl, I use 2 eggs, about 2 T of mayo, microwave on high for 35 sec, stir go another 30 sec or so, add some cheddar cheese, and another 10 sec.
Very fluffy!

I nuke a slice of butter in a bowl, coat the sides with then either put a sausage patty in and mince up or just the eggs with a couple teaspoons of cottage cheese or sour cream
45 seconds, stir and maybe add a little grated cheese then give another 45 seconds almost daily for my eggs, comes out fluffy as stated above.
