I had a package pickup at the airport. Went to the Waffle House and got the All-Star Special. That was a lot of food but I ate it all. Pretty good too, hadn't been there in years.

Corned beef hash with chopped green chile, two over easy eggs and sourdough toast. Coffee.

Bacon egg and cheese on sourdough toast. Coffee.

Microwave omelette -
In a greased cereal bowl, I use 2 eggs, about 2 T of mayo, microwave on high for 35 sec, stir go another 30 sec or so, add some cheddar cheese, and another 10 sec.
Very fluffy!

I nuke a slice of butter in a bowl, coat the sides with then either put a sausage patty in and mince up or just the eggs with a couple teaspoons of cottage cheese or sour cream
45 seconds, stir and maybe add a little grated cheese then give another 45 seconds almost daily for my eggs, comes out fluffy as stated above.

Took 5 eggs and some spinach chopped it up some cherry maters sliced in half shredded some mozzarella cheese
place the parchment paper in the air fryer cracked my eggs and dropped em in and scrambled them placing the chopped spinach on top then the cherry maters and the mozzarella. cooked for 10 mins at 350

After buttering the bowl I placed a flour heated and buttered tortilla in bowl with contents above.
After eating some was able to turn into soft taco, not bad at all.

Corn tortilla heated and buttered on one side on top of buttered bowl topped with 2 homemade sausage links, scrambled eggs on top of with cottage cheese and american cheese grated in microwave... Corn tortilla adds a little to the flavor, OJ.
