Actually not that bad, about the only way I would eat liver other than fried chicken livers.

I had a work from home day today. At lunchtime I put together a batch of tomato sauce and meatballs. With lots of garlic, the way I like it. That was on the "simmer burner" since around 1:30pm. Around 4:30pm I assembled a 16" meatball parmigiana hero and stuck it in a 400 degree oven for about 15 minutes. It came out perfect!

did a chicken breast in the air fryer last night. i couldn't eat it as it came out like a rock. i could have thrown it at someone and knocked em out!!!
