What's For Lunch?

QUESTION:

Any ideas on a dietetic lunch I could make the night before and take to work? No carbs, no sugar, no high fructose corn syrup, no rice, no pasta, no beans. Nothing fried.

I’m down to 190 from 207 and would like to lose a few more. But lunch has gotten BORING. I can’t even make my ramen soup, even if I used rice noodles.

Shrimp and salmon getting expensive. Tuna fish, I USED TO love. Same for egg salad.
