Comfort food.

Is there another kind of food? I certainly don't eat to be uncomfortable.

Today, I made a chicken pot pie using a breast I smoked last week. Yes, I'm pretty danged comfortable right now.

Made a pot of pinto beans overnight in the crockpot with hambone, dice jalapeño, diced green chlies and 2 Earl Campbell hot links... Added hamburger meat and got 4 burritos for work and a lot of extra containers for same. Lunch today was 4 tacos made from same. Tea

I'm having NY strips and baked Yukon golds on the grill tonight for dinner. And yes, a craft brew or two will likely be present as well.

I haven't had a steak in months. Looking forward to it.
