Protein Shake, Orange, Apple and some raw nuts.
Riff's Almond Protein Shake:
- One cup water
- Two scoops protein powder (I prefer ON Vanilla Whey Protein)
- One cup ice
- One-eighth teaspoon cinnamon
- One-quarter cup raw almonds
- One cardamom pod (substitute 1 tablespoon honey if desired)
- One-half banana
