2 Big Mac Combos and 2 Diet Coke at Mc'Ds at the Hilo Walmart while Alyce and I do Christmas shopping.

Ribeye, baked potato, rice, Budweiser in a bottle, near first contact sight… Texas Roadhouse

Small pork roast in instant pot, will pull, mix with diced hatch green chile, cheese and crisp in air fryer for work burritos...

Made 4 regular sized & 3 smaller sized burritos out of the above.
Browned venison/green chile ground meat, added leftover pork from above.
Added juice left from instant pot cook to mix and let cook down in disc.
4 tacos for lunch, 2 more burritos for work, a little left over for nachos...
Tasty.

Beef & pork stew meat, diced potatoes, diced Oscar meyer beef franks cooked in instant pot with a little beef broth (last week).. Tea

Stopped here on way to Odessa, no staff so it was just drive in service... Not bad but, we stopped at a local joint in Eunice, NM on way home(Dairy Freeze) and got an order there, much better steak fingers...

Just had a big bowl of pinto beans and sausage over rice, with cornbread on the side. There's nothing better on the planet. Cooked them last week in the Insta-Pot.
