WTF with my HD locals PQ?

Some SF Bay Area HD locals look like a Youtube stream. "Ugly Betty" and "Medium" tonight for example. This is watching them from a recording. Anyone else seeing this?

Could you have tuned into the SD versions of the channels?

No, and it is worse than the SD channel. Looks like low bitstream. Blurry, loss of contrast and macroblocking all over the place. I'm assuming it is the Dish encoders malfunctioning. I'm going to call Dish right now.

My bro lives in that area & he hasn't said anything yet. Is it just LIL or more than that?

LIL. I assume it is the encoders but maybe Dish is doing something that is causing it.

I have noticed poor quality and pixelation on KTVU 2 and signal breakups on KRON 4. The other channels seem to be ok.
