Is anyone else having issues with the youtube feature? It quit working about a week ago and all I get from DirecTV is that it is a known issue and may take weeks to resolve. Customer service will not issue any refunds or waive early term fees as they refer to youtube as a complimentary feature.
So far my directv experience has not been what I expected. I have way too many issues with this receiver.
Any advice? I feel like I am just left to deal with this crap for another year with no recourse what so ever.
