I might be at the Xcel Centre tomorrow for the Mn Duluth/No Dak game (the play in game)

but the best part......GOOFER FREE FINAL 5!!!! (first time in 11 years)

very possible

They are VERY good this year and next year the real fun begins. They officially become a WCHA member (along with Omaha who is leaving the CCHA)

Selection Sunday - Today at 11:30am ESPN2

"The NCAA Selection Committee will announce the 16 teams selected into the postseason tournament on Sunday (March 21) at 11:30 a.m. on ESPN2. With tonight's win, Michigan earned an automatic bid into the national playoffs. The tournament starts next weekend with the regional semifinals and finals taking place Friday through Sunday (March 26-28). Visit MGoBlue.com after the selection show for more information."

I still can't believe Michigan convincingly swept the through the CCHA winning the title after a not-so-stellar season. However, they are hot (won 8 of past 9) and secured an automatic bid of the 16-teams receiving invites. I'll be watching...
