Looks like Guillen is hurt and cost us a run/out .....
Holy Crap! He fell flat on his arse rounding 3rd...it didn't look like he was pushing himself, just one of those freak hamstring pulls. He fell half-way to home plate and the center fielder still had the ball in his hand. Heck, I thought he could have crawled or hopped home on one leg.

JV threw over twenty pitches to the first two hitters in the 5th, most of them were fouled off.

He's around 120 pitches and throwing high 90's still.

I think Zoom Zoom will be coming in in the 6th.

A little late, but my AL Central Prediction:

1. Twins
2. Tigers
3. Indians
4. Royals
5. White Sox

Guilllen fired at the All-Star break.

I stand by my pick. :D The Sox my be the most overrated team in baseball this year.

I agree skyhi...

Ozzie will be gone by ASB....now when they fire him, will they have to hire an interpreter that can speak Spanglish to Ozzie? :D

(on a side note, MLB Net had a bloopers program on and it was funny as Ozzie was the subject and his players said they cant understand what he says so its gotta be funny" :) )

Verlander finally comes through.
Funny how it's our starting rotation that is faltering while the bats have been solid; team batting is #4 in the AL behind Tampa, Minnesota and New York while our overall pitching is 9 of 14 only because of a solid middle-relief and closing. Heck, our starting rotation's ERA must be well over six (6).

Scary when it all comes together ....... IF :D

WEEI's Dennis and Callahan to be simulcast live on NESN

Don't look now, but Steve Lavin is making St. John's relevant again
