Last: The Lightning Thief

We, and about 20 of the girls' friends, finally got around to watching it. Sometimes it's hard being the cool dad. Having read the book with them when it came out, a little disappointing. It was enjoyable, though.

The HD DVD of Top Gun & the BD are the same size, only difference is the BD has dts MA... , don't know when I'll get to watch my next BD, probably at least a week... (pre ordered SGU S1.5 today)

I really enjoyed the suspense of the first half, but I'm still undecided on the ending. I also don't like the fact I made a claim on the ending, 15 minutes in. Rent only IMO.

Next: The Road or Alice in Wonderland, whichever Redbox has.

I enjoyed it, good ol strange Burton. Some parts dragged a bit, but the battle at the end was fun.

It was very depressing movie. I can't say it was boring or bad but I would recommend it to anyone.

A US remake is in the works with 007 Craig.

Rented both Clash of the Titans and Repo Men and both are excellent pictures. While CotT is classic mythology, Repo Men was a good sci Fi story with a surprise ending.
