Hayley Atwell Teases Agent Carter's Surprising Dark Direction, Details Peggy's Grieving of Captain America https://tv.yahoo.com/news/hayley-at...ters-surprising-dark-direction-171104093.html
Captain America lives on in Marvel’s Agent Carter, which is set some time after his (presumably) fatal arctic plunge — and all Peggy Carter can do is shrug. In the second half of the ABC series’ two-hour premiere (airing Tuesday at 8/7c), SSR Agent Carter (played by Hayley Atwell) catches a listen of “The Captain America Adventure Program,” a live radio play populated by breathy heroines and a Hitler-pummeling hero. But the artifice, as patriotic as it is, leaves her unimpressed and visibly missing the real man she and the Howling Commandos once fought alongside.

Sneak Peek: Can Agent Carter (Ahem) 'Learn Something' From Her Bosses? https://tv.yahoo.com/news/sneak-peek-agent-carter-ahem-150051971.html
You want Peggy Carter to fetch your coffee? Well, prepare to (unwittingly) pay for the kindness with intel. In this exclusive sneak peek from ABC’s Marvel’s Agent Carter (premiering Tuesday at 8/7c), Agent Carter (played by Captain America‘s Hayley Atwell) is chatting up Agent Daniel Sousa (Dollhouse‘s Enver Gjokaj) — one of the few colleagues who doesn’t talk down to her — when she realizes that team leader Jack Thompson (One Tree Hill‘s Chad Michael Murray) is down the hall laying out his plan to nab the man who stole a “bad baby” invention of Howard Stark’s.How can Peggy get a hold of this need-to-know intel? Press play to find out.Agent Carter debuts Tuesday with two one-hour episodes, before settling into its regular Tuesdays-at-9 time slot for seven weeks, during Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’s winter soldier hiatus.

Agent Carter Is a Triumph for Women, Marvel and TV https://tv.yahoo.com/news/agent-carter-triumph-women-marvel-tv-035200242.html
Marvel was everywhere in 2014, thanks to the successes of Captain America 2, Guardians of the Galaxy and the studio's exciting announcement of its Phase Three film slate. Heck, even Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. managed to find its footing. Yet somehow, despite all that, Marvel has failed to produce a single female-fronted project... until now. When Agent Carter premieres Tuesday on ABC (8/7c), Hayley Atwell will become the first woman to headline a Marvel film or TV series solo and the importance of this isn't lost on the star. "I can't even fathom it, really, in terms of the impact it may have," Atwell tells TVGuide.com. "In Peggy you have someone who is just as capable as the men, so she doesn't just rely on her physicality. She relies on her brain and her talents and her skills. And I think that's just a really positive thing that Marvel has done. It's making girls realize that they can be more than just the pretty girl or the ingénue or the bitch or the mother-in-law. They are fully rounded human beings capable just as much as the men at kicking butt."

‘Agent Carter’ Premiere Returning For Duty On Saturday http://spinoff.comicbookresources.c...rter-premiere-returning-for-duty-on-saturday/
Marvel’s Agent Carter debuted Tuesday to positive reviews and solid, if not exactly spectacular, ratings. On Saturday, ABC is giving viewers another chance to meet Peggy Carter & Co. when it rebroadcasts the two-hour premiere of the miniseries. In the first two episodes, “Pilot” and “Bridge and Tunnel,” Howard Stark (Dominic Cooper) is framed for selling his weapons to the highest bidder. He enlists Halyey Atwell’s Agent Carter to help clear his name, offering the assistance of his butler Edwin Jarvis (James D’Arcy) in support of the mission. Cooper and Atwell both reprise roles introduced in Captain America: The First Avenger. The encore will be broadcast Saturday at 8 p.m. ET/PT.Marvel’s Agent Carter regularly airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on ABC.

Agent Carter First Look: Howard Stark Crosses Paths With... Stan Lee? https://tv.yahoo.com/news/agent-carter-first-look-howard-stark-crosses-paths-140051944.html
Stan Lee has added another on-camera Marvel-verse cameo to his colorful resume, with an upcoming appearance on ABC’s Agent Carter (airing Tuesdays at 9/8c) — and TVLine has a first look at the comic-book icon on set.In “The Blitzkrieg Button” (airing Jan. 27), Peggy may be in more trouble than usual when fugitive Howard Stark suddenly returns for mysterious reasons. Meanwhile, Chief Dooley chases — all the way to Europe — a new clue that threatens to destroy Peggy’s future at the SSR.In the episode, Lee plays a man who has a brief interaction with Stark (played by Dominic Cooper) that brings a moment of levity to the episode – much like his cameos in ABC’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and filmdom’s Captain America movies, The Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy.Do you look forward to Lee’s latest trip to the Marvel-verse? (And do you think he gives Stark that nasty shiner?)

'Agent Carter' Drops Jarvis Bombshell and Sets Big Shift in Motion...Episode three brings one big surprise and a lot of questions http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/live-feed/agent-carter-drops-jarvis-bombshell-763508
[Warning: spoilers ahead for Tuesday's episode of Agent Carter, "Time and Tide."]
Agent Carter is off and running. After last week's two-hour premiere, the ABC show proved that it's just getting started when it comes to unraveling the mystery of Howard Stark's (Dominic Cooper) missing weapons.
Here are five things that demand discussion following Tuesday's show.
Jarvis was dishonorably discharged from the military
During his interrogation, we learned Jarvis (James Darcy) was dishonorably charged, because in helping protect his Jewish wife, he broke a few laws along the way. Jarvis avoided prosecution because Howard interceded. That explains Jarvis' extreme loyalty to Stark, and also makes both of them even more likable. Peggy could certainly relate to Jarvis' plight."My involvement with you and Mr. Stark, on its face could be considered treasonous," she told Jarvis.Jarvis could potentially be deported for his crimes — at least according to his interrogation — and his wife knows nothing about them. This all ups the stakes for the character.
Sousa is hunting Peggy and Jarvis
Many fans want Sousa (Enver Gjokaj) to end up being the husband Peggy talked about in Captain America: The Winter Soldier. These potential love birds have one major obstacle: Sousa is convinced whoever called in the SSA tip about the Stark weapons is behind the death of Krzeminski (Kyle Bornheimer). He'll do whatever it takes to bring that person to justice. This is setting up a cat and mouse game that could potentially last until the end of the season.
What's the symbol?
The big mystery is what bad guy Leet Brannis (James Frain) scrawled in the dirt before dying last week. Luckily, Peggy had a handy book of symbols and began looking for clues there. No luck. She and Jarvis finally discovered a ship with the mysterious heart, but were no closer to learning what it means.
Deaths matter in Agent Carter
Krzeminski's death was surprisingly weighty. Even though he was set up as a jerk, Carter and the other characters took it hard — with Peggy uncharacteristically shaken in that final scene in the diner. Ahead of the series premiere, Hayley Atwell (Peggy Carter) teased that the show would never be quite what viewers expect. This episode sets in motion that sort of uncertainty that she spoke of. quote]

Agent Carter show runners reveal Black Widow connection http://www.comicsbeat.com/agent-carter-show-runners-reveal-black-widow-connection/
NOTE: Spoilers for Agent Carter to follow..It’s not often show runners confirm fan speculation before a plot point is revealed on-screen, but that’s exactly what happened when Tara Butters and Michele Fazekas — the team behind Agent Carter — talked with Eric Goldman of IGN. In an interview posted yesterday, the dynamic duo who helm the Peggy Carter vehicle revealed that Carter’s recently introduced girl-next-door Dottie “is a product of the Black Widow Program.” While Dottie showed off some moves that recall Scarlett Johansson‘s action-spy Natasha Romanoff in last Tuesday’s fourth episode of Agent Carter, her identity had not yet been confirmed in-story.Butters also said that Marvel Studios and Marvel TV have been pretty open to large, impactful ideas: “It is a big idea to go and say, ‘What if it’s the last remaining sample of [Captain America’s] blood and can we put that in the show? They’ve been so excited about these ideas and so supportive. Us showing Dottie as a precursor to the Black Widow Program, Captain America’s blood, these are big things in this universe that they’re willing to let us play with.”It’s certainly possible the Black Widow connection was publicized in hopes of piquing the interest of more MCU fans by revealing the show’s intentions to connect to the films. Despite considerable critical success, the pastiche prequel to Captain America: The Winter Solider has seen it’s ratings drop consistently since it’s two-hour premiere on January 6: from a 1.9 to a 1.3, which represents a loss of several million viewers. While Agent Carter‘s ratings are currently comparable to those of companion show Agent’s of S.H.I.E.L.D., should Carter’s numbers continue to decline, it could put hopes of a second season on ice.

Networks need to quit taking breaks with weeks off between shows. Hopefully Agent Carter finishes strong in the ratings to get another season, as I really like it. Its a nice change from all the crime drama's on tv.

Agent Carter Bosses Discuss the Meaning Behind That Shocking Cameo and The Series' Future https://tv.yahoo.com/news/agent-carter-bosses-discuss-meaning-behind-shocking-cameo-061603983.html
It wouldn't be a Marvel ending without at least one surprising face popping back up. Agent Carter's first season finale included one such cameo, even further tying the ABC series into the Marvel cinematic universe. TVGuide.com spoke to executive producers Michele Fazekas and Tara Butters about the big twist and their hopes for a potential Season 2.[WARNING: The following contains spoilers from the season finale of Agent Carter.]

Yes, I found them over there but that begs the question why the email notification link brought me here instead of the thread I had posted on. Kinda weird.
