how do i determine what the frequency is of my ku band lnb.

what iam i doing wrong. i have a 22k switch in line so what settings do i need to make when scanning for ku band channels

You are being obscure in your posting. Do you have a C/ku LNBF? Which kind? Does it have a built in switch? Some 22kHz switches don't work well with universal LNBF's. I have had to comb through some of your other threads, most will not do that. If you want help post everything you know about your system to help us help you. :) Also, keeping it to one thread so that it is organized and easier to help.

Where did you manage to get that model info from? I asked specifically in post 2 of this thread what model was being used and didn't get an answer. I also searched all the OP's previous posts and saw no links to anything, only a generic reference to a C/KU lnb. As KE4EST points out if someone wants help they have to be forthcoming with info...

There was initially a link to that lnb in post1. I missed it at first but saw it once Trust had answered. Link doesn't show, now.

A Universal type LNBF is a pain to be used with a 22KHz switch. The Universal LNBF uses 22KHz in the automatic mode to switch between KU lo band and KU high band, so we usually instead use a DiSEqC switch with Universal LNBFs.
