Can the new firmware check a .udf file before it is uploaded to prevent it from causing the boot loop? I am new and am afraid of using a channel editor because I don't want to take a chance on messing up the file and causing this problem.

I can't speak for anyone else but I would much rather the mhd restore default settings on boot failure than me have to install a ttl cable and try to fix it myself or have to send it back for repairs. If I could save my user file to usb as I go and restore it after the boot resets to default...

I have the microhd and a 10' dish with a dmx741 lnb. I have it set up with 2 cables using the encoda splitter that came with it. I am using the ku and cband setup currently instead of the universal setting. Will the usals setup work with this?

I got the dmx741 installed over the weekend and seems to be working correct. I had to set the lnb power to 18v to get the ku working properly. Took a couple of pictures today, I am so ready for the new microhd box to be released.

Thanks, There are only a couple of holes in the actual dish. The other holes were the lnb which i have replaced with an old california brand but i just ordered a new dmx741 c/ku that should be here in next few days.
