    I currently have the superdish one dish for the 61.5 sat and a dp+44 switch.I was under the impression that the dp+44 switch has a built in adaptor so that the older ird's could use the dish pro lnb's.

    Just got off the phone with dish abou the dp+44

    I had e-mailed dish using the ceo address about the status of the dp+44 switch.Currently they r having issues with it overheating.There trying to fix that problem before releasing it to the public cause they don't want to have to keep sending out a new one to the cust every couple of months or so.

    superdish loses signal when it storms or rains

    I've had the 105 super dish since Feb of 2004..Everytime it rains or storms i lose sat signal on all 3 sats.I;ve never had this problem with a dish 500 setup.Any ideas? When i do have signal i have in the high 90's for 110 and 119 50 to 70 on the 105 sat

    how does a 501 record video??

    I know it records to a hard drive.I was wondering what compression does it use.How many frames per sec and such..I captured video from a vcr to my computer and it uses alot of space compared to a dvr and the quality isn't as good either when compared to a video that was recorded to the dvr

    superdish plus snow fall = problem

    My 105 superdish was woking great for the last month or so..Then today it snowed..Well after about 8 hours of snow fall i went to check the weather from my local station which i get from the 105 bird well my 811 couldn't find the 105 sat..Looked at the signal strength screen 119 and 110 well...

    poor picture quality using the rear inputs of the 811

    Has anyone else have this issue..I hooked up my dvd player to input 1 of the 811 and picture is really poor..Thought maybe it was the dvd player so i also hooked up my 301 to input 1 of the 811 and the resulting picture is really poor..Any ideas?
