    How do you make long HDMI runs?

    I need to install a wall plate HDMI at the TV and run about 20' away with another HDMI wall plate at the 722. All I find are 15' HDMI cables which likely aren't long enough. Can raw HDMI cable and connectors be purchased for custom installation? Thanks for your help.

    522-722 upgrade, do I return my remotes?

    I got the empty box from Dish to return my 522. The 722 is to be installed Tuesday. The letter with the box gives thorough instructions on how to pack the receiver but says nothing about returning the remotes. Does Dish want the remotes back or can I keep them for spares?
