2011 Georgetown Motorhome

Having trouble locating satellite connection for my cable from my Dish TV satellite to my motorhome. Help please. There are two connections in the bays, but both are marked "park cable" Tried them, they will not work for satellite.

Are you using a built-in dish or stand alone/tripod mount?

If it was not wired specifically for satellite, there are most likely splitters or amps on the park cable feeds that will not work with a dish

Up front in the compartment with you "antenna/cable" switch and your video distribution box, try disconnecting the cable from the cable side of the "antenna/cable" swtich and connect it to your receiver.
