Are there any trees in Norman that are needing protection tonight? :D
We hosted Alabama here 10 years ago. They were a great bunch of fans. It's time to schedule another home and home series. Stoops vs. Saban is a rivalry for the ages.

We all won't, but you and others will ignore that. I've never been a conference fan. I only pull for, or against a team if it benefits my Tigers, or if I like to see their fans whine. :)

There you go....FINALLY, someone that links like me when it comes to these dumb conference discussions where 'my dad is better than your dad'... :p;)

Lol, thats probably most of us, however this SEC! SEC! SEC! stuff gets under the skin of other conference school fans that it makes us do it more :D

That and OOC wins generally do benefit the Tide, or your Tigers, ect.

Only problem with conference (SEC SEC SEC), is that Louisville in a few years can say they own the SEC after playing Kentucky every year :P

Things like that tend to be tossed back into ones face. sorta like Michigan owning the SEC on the strength of them playing Vandy a dozen times in the past.

OU under Stoops is 3-0 against Alabama now and 3-1-1 all time against Alabama. OU is probably one of the few teams Bama doesn't have a winning record against.
It is time for another home and home series. I was at the last one in Norman.

I was at the OU/West Virginia game early in the season, and Knight was just awful. He has talent, but he was thrown into the job before he was ready. He wasn't making good decisions. I think that he's ready for the job now. Next year he should be terrific.

This happens often with young QB's that teams are expecting big things from ...

Ah, a good ol NOLA (New Orleans Louisiana) PWT (Poor White Trash) re-enactment. As someone that invades Bourbon St a couple of times a year, I know it well...

Some Bama fans and New Orleans don't mix well, win or lose. And not just poor white trash, appearance wise she didn't fit the mold. And if you remember, the "teabagger" was anything but poor white trash.

Then again, I have no room to talk remembering my youth and alcohol. :D
