Tigers need multiple excellent outings from the Starters in order for them to turn this around, 1 good outing isn't enough.

Twins broke their losing streak last night with 4-3 win over the Tigers. They scored two very strange runs in the bottom of the ninth to take the game.

It's nice to win a game last night...tough stretch. Anyway, Sanchez is going against Kazmir tonight so it should be a great game...a game none of us Tiger fans will see since it starts at 10:05 PM on the West Coast. Go Tigers!

Ric Porcello hasn't walked more than 2 guys a game all year ... today he walks 6.

Tigers have walked 8 A's today so far.

They had a total of 8 thru the previous 3 games against the A's.

On a Positive note, the Tigers have had 2 very well pitched games in a row from the Starters.
Sanchez was fabulous and Porcello was very good.
