I have been getting 771 messages on my 103b channels. After tightening all connections the problem seemed to be resolved but problem returned this past Mon after a heavy rain.
I have not been able to view any of the channels live but my scheduled recordings of Jeopardy on our local HD cbs station have all been recorded daily and can be watched completely in HD. Tuning to the same channel live results in a 771 message.
Apparently, unit will record while in stand-by but not when it's on.
As a test I scheduled to record Conan last night on HD channel and it too recorded fine (but not able to view same channel live). Service call scheduled but not till next Thurs. Any suggestions?
