I'm new to paperless and autopay. Right now my account says there is a balance of $23. Why is that?

Did you order PPV or something? You can look online under recent activity to see what they have charged you since last bill.

Says AAAReferNew on 7/29 for $10, but I assume that was credited to my bill for the last payment. I guess the extra $10 could be another credit I received

Could this be how credits work? Right now I have 2 active credits, one is $10 off for ST and the other is $10 off for HD For Life. Do they issue credits by giving you money in your account before the next bill payment?

Credits show up a couple days before the bill generates usually (at least they do on my account).

Credits show up 2 days before your bill cycle date . It probably the start of the credits applying.
